Borgata Casino Unveils Major Renovations to Gaming Floor and Amenities

Atlantic City -- Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa has rolled out a large-scale upgrade across its casino floor, introducing new features designed to enhance the guest experience and target key customer segments. The multimillion-dollar investment includes a reimagined gaming area, a new high-limit section, redesigned bar space, and the addition of a new restaurant. Casino officials say this is the most significant change to the casino's floor since Borgata opened in 2003. While the total cost was not disclosed, the scope of the upgrades reflects the growing competition in Atlantic City's gaming market. A major focus of the project was catering to Asian clientele, a fast-growing market that accounts for a sizable portion of the property’s business. The refreshed Asian gaming area features five private suites, flexible game table configurations, and new decor elements with cultural themes. A new Asian restaurant, Noodles, has also opened just steps from the casino action, replacing a smaller eatery. Elsewhere on the property, a new high-limit gambling section offers private credit transaction areas and accommodates bets from $100 up to $25,000. B Bar, a guest favorite, reopened May 9 following a full redesign that includes updated slot machines and a more modern layout. Borgata remains the city’s top-performing casino, earning $1.36 billion last year through in-person and online gambling. With other casinos also upgrading, industry leaders say reinvestment is essential for staying competitive in a changing market.
