HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. — A 36-year-old Bridgeton man was arrested Friday following allegations of inappropriate behavior inside his vehicle at the Hamilton Mall parking lot. Police say Qushine Tolbert was reported by a woman who noticed him filming himself while engaging in a lewd act near her car. She captured his license plate before he drove off and contacted authorities. Tolbert was not immediately on scene but was later apprehended. Tolbert has a prior record of a similar offense from 2016, when he was caught on video performing a sex act inside a Bridgeton Walmart. Police continue to investigate and ask anyone with information to reach out to Hamilton Township Police.
