Chef U at the Beach Brings Gourmet Takeout and Cooking Classes to Wildwood

Wildwood, NJ — A new culinary experience is set to debut at 5209 Pacific Avenue in downtown Wildwood, replacing Tara Kitchen after four seasons. Chef U at the Beach offers more than just takeout—it combines upscale, chef-prepared meals with interactive cooking classes designed for both locals and visitors. The weekly rotating menu features dishes such as marinated steak tips with twice-baked potatoes and vegetables, grilled chicken penne in garlic and oil, and hand-breaded chicken cutlets paired with roasted potatoes. For those craving comfort food, “Mommom’s Spaghetti & Meatballs” highlights a family recipe slow-cooked red gravy. Chef U also serves desserts including Apple Cake, Carrot Cake, Chocolate Chip Ricotta Cake, and Tiramisu. The in-house cooking classes provide a hands-on, educational experience suitable for date nights, family outings, or anyone interested in sharpening their culinary skills. Operating Thursday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Chef U at the Beach aims to elevate the local dining scene by merging convenience, quality, and education. More information on menus and classes is available at chef-u.com.
