Millville Man Charged in Child Sexual Abuse Material and Animal Cruelty Case

MILLVILLE, N.J. — A Millville man was arrested after law enforcement said he used Snapchat to distribute material showing child sexual abuse and engaged in sexual abuse involving animals. The Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office announced Thursday that 32-year-old Robert Dolly faces several charges, including endangering the welfare of a child, possessing more than 1,000 items of child sexual assault material, animal cruelty involving sexual contact, tampering, hindering, and obstruction. Authorities began investigating after receiving a tip in April from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about suspicious activity linked to Snapchat in the Millville area. Dolly was taken into custody and is being held at the Cumberland County jail pending further legal proceedings. No additional details were released as the investigation is ongoing.
