SEA ISLE CITY — Local children and teens are invited to showcase their creativity through Sea Isle City’s annual Beach Tag Art Contest, which will decide the designs for the city’s 2026 beach tags. The contest, hosted by Mayor Leonard Desiderio, is open to youth up to age 17. Participants may choose from one of four categories: Seasonal, Winter Holiday, Saint Patrick’s Day, or Veterans. Only one design per child is allowed, and each submission must stick to a four-color limit. All entries must be completed using the city’s official contest template, which is available online at seaislecitynj.us under the “Departments / Beach Tag” section. Templates are also available at the City Hall lobby and the Sea Isle City Welcome Center. To enter, participants must submit a completed design along with an official entry form and signed waiver. Submissions can be mailed or hand-delivered to the Tax Collector’s Office on the second floor of City Hall at 233 JFK Boulevard in Sea Isle City. The deadline to submit artwork is Monday, September 1. Four winning entries will be selected to appear on Sea Isle’s 2026 beach tags. The winners will be announced at the City Council meeting scheduled for September 24. Families looking for additional information can call 609-263-4461, extension 1214.
