South Jersey HR Group Hosting Two May Events on Workplace Culture and AI

Vineland, N.J. — The Human Resource Association of South Jersey will host two professional development events this month, focusing on organizational culture and the role of artificial intelligence in human resources. The first event takes place on Thursday, May 15, at the Ramada Inn on West Landis Avenue in Vineland. The evening program begins with networking at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner and a keynote address exploring how companies can shape workplace culture through intentional practices. The program is approved for 1.25 general recertification credit hours through the HR Certification Institute. On Tuesday, May 20, a breakfast roundtable will be held at The Hampton Inn on West Landis Avenue. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. with breakfast at 8 a.m. The event will focus on artificial intelligence and its influence on the employee experience, particularly how HR departments can integrate technology to enhance engagement and retention. Both events are open to members and guests of the Human Resource Association of South Jersey, a professional group dedicated to advancing HR practices across the region.
