Atlantic County officials have announced several traffic advisories taking place this week starting Monday, June 23rd.
On Shore Road in Somers Point, the northbound lane will be detoured between Goll and New Jersey avenues on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The southbound lane will remain open. Tuesday will feature a mobile striping operation along Shore Road between Somers Avenue and Route 52 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Drivers should expect delays and consider alternate routes.
In Hamilton Township, Wrangleboro Road will be closed southbound at Tilton Road Monday through Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Northbound traffic will be limited to a single lane through the work zone. Police and traffic directors will be on site to assist, and motorists should follow posted detours. Lastly, lane shifts will take place on English Creek Avenue in Egg Harbor Township between West Jersey Avenue and the Black Horse Pike from Wednesday through Friday during daytime hours for driveway and restoration work.
Drivers are advised to allow extra travel time and proceed cautiously in all construction zones.
