Vineland, N.J. -- The City of Vineland and the Vineland Public Library will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday, June 16 at 4 p.m. to unveil a newly completed Esports Room—an initiative designed to bring high-tech, inclusive gaming opportunities to local residents. Community members are invited to tour the space, test out top-tier gaming PCs, and speak with the project team about upcoming tournaments and league play. The Esports Room is outfitted with performance-grade equipment, immersive lighting, and lounge-style seating, making it a destination for everyone from competitive gamers to those just curious about esports. Officials say the space reflects the city’s commitment to offering innovative recreational programs and expanding access to tech-forward engagement. Use of the room will be free for Vineland residents with a library card and a signed permission slip from a parent or guardian.
