Wildwoods Summer Concert Series Kicks Off With Weekly Outdoor Performances

Wildwood, New Jersey — This summer, the Wildwoods will offer live outdoor concerts six nights a week at several locations, inviting residents and visitors to enjoy a broad lineup of music. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs or beach blankets.
Sunday concerts begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Fox Park Amphitheater at Burk and Ocean avenues in Wildwood. The schedule includes Sensational Soul Cruisers on June 29, Midnight Rock Show on July 6, The Mahoney Brothers on July 13, and Chicago 9 on August 10, among others.
On Mondays, performances take place at 7:30 p.m. in June and July and shift to 7 p.m. in August at the Sunset Lake gazebo on the bay at Miami and New Jersey avenues in Wildwood Crest. Featured acts include Rachel & Ty Acoustics on June 30 and Charlie Wigo Duo on August 25.
Tuesdays host concerts at 7 p.m. at the Crest Arts Pavilion, 6301 Ocean Avenue, Wildwood Crest. This venue offers a new outdoor seating area and gardens with limited seating. Highlights include Artie Tobia on July 1 and Camille Peruto on August 19.
Wednesdays bring music to Centennial Park at Fern Road and Ocean Avenue in Wildwood Crest starting at 7 p.m. Food trucks will be available from 4 to 9 p.m. Scheduled performers include Billy D. Light Trio on July 2 and British Invasion on August 13.
Thursday evenings feature a live band and dance party from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at Byrne Plaza, 3400 Pacific Avenue in Wildwood. Chicago 9 opens the series on June 26, followed by The Juliano Brothers on July 3 and The Chatterband on August 28.
Saturday concerts start at 7 p.m. in Centennial Park, featuring Flip Like Wilson on June 28, Plaid Salmon on July 5, and The U2 Show on August 30. The series continues into mid-September.
In addition to the music, weekly Friday night fireworks displays will return beginning June 27 at 10 p.m., adding to the summer entertainment options in the Wildwoods.
