Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Jasmine Boggs, 32, of Dover. Boggs was last seen leaving the Dover Police Department on November 9th at 10:00 p.m.. At the time, she was wearing a red jacket, jeans and slippers. Attempts to contact her have been unsuccessful and there is a concern for her safety. Boggs is described as a black female, 5’3″ and 170 pounds.
