The notifications feature individuals with the following surnames: Chrzanowski, Crooks (Clayton), Harden, McGhee, Matters, Mena, Rexroat (Jacob), Burgos, and Powell.

These community notifications are part of Delaware’s implementation of Megan’s Law, which requires law enforcement agencies to inform the public about registered sex offenders residing in their communities.
