Sept 15 (Reuters) – U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche on Tuesday told reporters the Department of Justice would investigate “anybody associated” with AI if they violated the law.
“As far as AI is concerned, there’s a lot of criminal laws,” Blanche told reporters at the White House. “So if anybody associated with AI violates criminal law, we’ll investigate that.”
Blanche added that he did not believe the role of the Justice Department was to regulate AI.
