President Trump Unveils Election Integrity Documents, Claims Massive Chinese Voter Data Breach (VIDEO)

(AP) – President Trump is unveiling what he called “really big news” in a nationally anticipated address focused on election security, foreign interference, and trust in American institutions.

Speaking from the White House, Mr. Trump opened by highlighting what he described as a stronger economy, lower inflation, increased investment, tighter border security, and efforts to rebuild the military. He said those accomplishments have helped restore confidence in the country after years of decline. He also said the U.S. would accomplish its Iran war objectives “very shortly.”

But the centerpiece of the speech was President Trump’s announcement that his administration is declassifying a large collection of documents related to election security and alleged foreign interference.

According to the president, the documents show that Chinese intelligence services compromised voter data beginning in 2020, affecting files tied to roughly 220 million American voters. Mr. Trump claimed intelligence officials and members of what he called the “Deep State” downplayed or concealed the scope of the breach from both the White House and Congress.

The president also alleged that intelligence reports dating back to 2018 showed the Chinese Communist Party sought to undermine his presidency by supporting anti-Trump voices and media narratives. Mr. Trump further claimed FBI intelligence pointed to efforts by China to produce illegal ballots for then-candidate Joe Biden, allegations he said were withheld from presidential briefings.

In addition, President Trump argued that U.S. voting machines and election infrastructure remain vulnerable to cyberattacks by foreign adversaries including China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea.

The president cited documents describing alleged voter registration fraud in Michigan and accused the Biden Justice Department of suppressing related investigations.

Mr. Trump also announced the release of a Department of Homeland Security report that, according to his administration, found approximately 270,000 non-citizens registered to vote. He said the true number could be higher because some states declined to provide voter registration records for review.

The president sharply criticized NBC and ABC for not carrying the speech live, saying the networks chose not to air information he believes the public should see.

Calling election integrity a bipartisan issue, Mr. Trump urged Congress to pass the SAVE America Act and said his administration will work with states whose voter rolls may have been affected by foreign interference.

The declassified documents are being released through the White House website for public review.  You can read them at WhiteHouse.gov.
