March 17 (Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump has invited farmers and biofuels producers to a “celebration of agriculture” event at the White House scheduled for March 27, CBS News reported on Tuesday, citing sources familiar with its planning.
Reuters could not immediately verify the report.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has sent its proposed 2026 and 2027 biofuel blending quotas to the White House, with a final rule expected before the end of March.
