NEW YORK, Aug 11 (Reuters) – Wisconsin Democrats on Tuesday voted for Rebecca Cooke, a former small business owner and waitress, to challenge Republican U.S. Representative Derrick Van Orden in the state’s third congressional district, considered one of the most competitive districts in the country by political strategists.
