MOSCOW, May 17 (Reuters) – At least three people were killed in a Ukraine drone attack overnight in the wider Moscow region, while 12 people were injured, mostly near the entrance to the Moscow oil refinery in other drone strikes, authorities said on Sunday.
Moscow city Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said the refinery’s “technology” was not damaged.
