MEXICO CITY, May 15 (Reuters) – The former finance minister of Mexico’s Sinaloa state, Enrique Diaz, has handed himself over to U.S. authorities, newspaper Reforma reported on Friday citing official sources.
Reuters was not immediately able to confirm the report.
