Oct 24 (Reuters) – SpaceX’s satellite communications were restored in Ukraine at speeds over 400 km/h, Kyiv’s defence minister said on Saturday.
“We’re recording a speed of over 400 km/h; the connection is stable,” Evhenii Khmara told reporters.
