Feb 26 (Reuters) – The United States is offering rewards of up to $5 million each for information leading to the arrests or convictions of René Arzate-García and Alfonso Arzate-García, two brothers alleged to be bosses in the Mexican Sinaloa Cartel, the State Department said in a statement on Thursday.
